Abstract: Public security agencies to fight crime, maintain law, order, service management duties, the community work together, and rapid response characteristics of the work determines need to use geographic information technologies. Combined with the current status of geographic information systems development, this paper describes the construction of the idea of police geographical information system, system design, analysis and presentation capabilities to do.
